Yes, we offer FREE support to all of customers. Chat with us about unlimited questions, anytime. So whether you want to learn how to use BridalBit or need help adding products, customers, or anything else- we got you! Included at no additional cost with your BridalBit Subscription!
We do! Speak with your account manager about current offers available in your market. We also occasionally offer new-customer promotions on our website, which will be available on our pricing page.
Never! Customers can access your Virtual Storefront, manage their accounts, track their orders, and use all of BridalBit's customer tools for FREE!
No! You're welcome to accept payments from customers in-store as you usually would. Online payments are an optional convenience feature for customers.
If you're on our Plus or Pro plans, you can add additional employees for an additional fee. If you're using the Starter Plan, and you need additional products or employee accounts, we suggest upgrading to our Pro plan.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your BridalBit account and following the instructions on your account page or by contacting support. You must cancel your subscription prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the day before your next recurring billing date in order to avoid being charged. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current Billing Period. If you cancel, you will also forfeit any discounted service, referral, or redeemed promotional credits. Payments are nonrefundable.
